About Pristionchus exspectatus

Pristionchus exspectatus is a very closely related outcrossing sister species of hermaphroditic Pristionchus pacificus.

Genome assembly: P_exspectatus_v1

The P. exspectatus genome has been sequenced by the Sommer group at the Max-Planck Institute for Developmental Biology. The assembly version represented here (P_pacificus-v2) has been current in WormBase since 2010, and also browsable at pristionchus.org. This version has not been submitted to the INSDC.

Gene annotation

The gene predictions were made by the Sommer group at the Max-Planck Institute for Developmental Biology, and submitted directly to WormBase in early 2014.

What can I find? Protein-coding and non-coding genes, splice variants, cDNA and protein sequences, non-coding RNAs.

Comparative genomics

What can I find? Orthologues, paralogues, and gene trees across multiple species.
