Assembly
This assembly was originally submited to INSDC/ENA records on Apr 4, 2022 by The Institute of Vegetables and Flowers CAAS and has been imported from there initially for WormBase ParaSite Release 19. An Invertebrate sample from Ditylenchus destructor (Isolate: BazhouSP) was sequencing using PacBio long-read sequencing technology. The reads were assembled using wtdbg2 v. 2.5 assembler.
Annotation
Gene models were originally submited to GenBank on Apr 4, 2022 by The Institute of Vegetables and Flowers CAAS and have been imported from there initially for WormBase ParaSite Release 19.
