Proteins	FASTA protein file
mRNA Transcripts	FASTA of the spliced full-length transcripts
CDS Transcripts	FASTA of the spliced CDS-portion of the protein coding transcripts
Orthologs	TSV of the orthologues in other species
Paralogs	TSV of the paralogues in other species
