Panagrolaimus sp. ES5 is an obligately outcrossing Panagrolaimid nematode. It was originally isolated from dried blackberry twigs by E. Schierenberg in Bornheim, Germany.

Genome Assembly & Annotation


Short-insert Illumina reads were assembled with Velvet. Contigs were scaffolded with RNAseq-derived mRNA predictions using the SCUBAT pipeline, as described by Schiffer et al., 2019.


Gene models were predicted with Augustus, as described by Schiffer et al., 2019.
