As part of the Meloidogyne javanica (root-knot nematode) genome sequencing project we have profiled the transcriptome of this plant parasite using RNA-Seq. The transcriptomic data has been used to provide evidence for gene prediction. Genome assembly and accompanying transcriptome data is available at http://meloidogyne.inra.fr
